If you'd like to chat I'm usually free afternoons (CST). I'll chat with most anyone, teens included, but if we don't have any common interests it might be boring so consider that before you message me. We don't want to be bored do we? Life is too short. Everything I like won't fit on my interest list but the only sports I follow are Spurs basketball and Poker. I know how football, baseball, soccer and nascar work but I don't care. Maybe I'm too much of a girl. My idea of a good game normally involves cards or dice and by dice I mean 10 or 20 siders and by cards I mean Fluxxx, Munchkin, Apples to Apples and the Great Dalmuti. I'm trying to turn my daughters into gamers and JRock fans but I'm not having enough luck. They are 14 and 18. The oldest goes to UT and the younger is a high school freshman. Neither use IMVU but I'm still working on converts.

As you might guess I'm an avid music fan and my current obsession is Dir en grey a (formerly visual kei) metalish band from Japan. They are gods live. If you ever get a chance to see them do it. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Other then JRock (and I do mean rock, I don't do pop) I like darkwave (Dance Goth like VNV Nation and the Cruxshadows), alternative and real punk (old school like the Dead Kennedy's not new school like Green Day).

I watch adult oriented anime (no I don't mean hentai). Mature themes, social change, apocalyptic futures. Life, death, change. I don't derive much joy from silly or juvenile. Currently I'm doing Death Note, Bleach, Trinity Blood, Blood+, Samurai Deeper Kyo and Saiyuki Reload. My bestest friend in the universe is making me watch them all with subtitles for the purist effect. She's a meaniehead but I love her.

The Princess Bride is my favorite movie. Dick Francis is my favorite author. Lost and Heroes are my favorite (current) television shows. If you aren't bored yet...leave a message.
