Monotone
What do you call a monotone?
A spectral stray binaural sound
That tries to speak, but is obstructed
By the black shadows of rough pillars?
Or the echoes of two lost voices
Singing in a long-lost death realm,
Talking, laughing, crying, weeping..?
But in the center there's a force,
Strikingly similar to the two
enigmatic extreme poles.
They are different, they are opposite,
But they attract each other dearly,
Creating the yet undiscovered
Sheer force of doubted gravity.
The flying hawk yet stopped, and watched,
How the despair faded away.
The two calm voices, seemingly lost,
Each found the other by the echo
That healed the sad, damaged the blind,
That rose the sun and moon together,
Simultaneously singing
As two black, angelic choirs,
Born and raised to find each other,
Unheard by the weak, deafening
Seashore of dead people.
A monotone isn't the sad
Static, immovable phase.
But the simple, unidimensional
Fulfilled being, born by love.
